Through Resolution No. 205, dated February 25, 2021, the Manaus Free Trade Zone Authority (SUFRAMA) established the annual submission of the Project Monitoring Report (RDAP) and the Annual Import Demonstration Report (RADI).
Purpose
The reports aim to monitor the parameters defined in the projects of companies benefiting from fiscal incentives and to verify compliance with the Basic Production Process (PPB) requirements.
About the RDAP
The RDAP must include the company’s registration data, as well as information on project performance and supporting documents such as the Independent Audit Technical Report (LTAI), Quality System Certification (ISO), and Operating License (IPAAM).
About the RADI
The RADI is a complementary instrument to the RDAP that details the company’s input import activities. Through this report, SUFRAMA evaluates whether the company’s production and acquisition of inputs comply with the PPB regulations.
Purpose of the Evaluation
Based on these reports, SUFRAMA will issue the Project Monitoring Opinion (PAP), confirming whether the company has met the required conditions.
Attention to Deadlines
It is essential to note that these reports must be submitted no later than June 30, 2024, based on the 2023 fiscal year. Failure to comply may result in the suspension of the company’s SUFRAMA registration and even the cancellation of the approved technical-economic project.
