In the Project Monitoring Demonstrative Report (RDAP), all companies are required to report their total revenue for the base year. This figure numerically reflects the company’s economic performance in relation to the goals approved in its technical and economic project submitted to SUFRAMA, serving as one of the main parameters to assess whether the enterprise is fulfilling its purpose within the Manaus Free Trade Zone model.

The requirement to report revenue stems from CAS Resolution No. 205/2021, which defines the RDAP as a monitoring instrument, and SUFRAMA Ordinance No. 1,398/2024, which mandates its annual submission by June 30 of the following year. Furthermore, SUFRAMA Ordinance No. 1,703/2024 reinforces that the technical and economic project must include revenue projections and financial indicators — parameters that will be compared to the actual results presented in the RDAP.

If the actual revenue falls below 50% of the projected value, the company must formally justify the shortfall and provide accounting documents to substantiate the reported figures. In addition, significant discrepancies between revenue, production, labor, and investment may lead to inquiries from SUFRAMA.

More than just an accounting figure, revenue reveals the true strength of the project — it shows, in practice, how much the company is producing, generating jobs, and driving the local economy. Keeping this data consistent and well-documented strengthens SUFRAMA’s confidence, supports the company’s credibility, and ensures the continuity of the tax incentives that make the Manaus Free Trade Zone model both competitive and relevant.
