RDAP Submission: Stay Alert to Deadlines and Guidelines

The Project Monitoring Report (RDAP) must be submitted in accordance with the guidelines established by Suframa Ordinance No. 1398/2024. Its submission and analysis follow the schedule below:
1) RDAP Submission
The RDAP referring to the base year 2024 must be submitted by June 30, 2025, in accordance with the updated guidelines established by Suframa Ordinance No. 1398/2024.
2) RDAP Analysis
The analysis will be conducted by the General Coordination for Monitoring Industrial Projects (CGAPI) of Suframa, observing the following criteria:
Fulfillment of the indicators of the technical-economic project;
Compliance with the Basic Production Process (PPB);
Investments in Research, Development and Innovation (R&D&I);
Ancillary obligations (LTAI, ISO 9000 Certification, Environmental License).
In case of notifications regarding questions about the RDAP, companies will have a non-extendable period of 15 days to respond, as stipulated by Article 35 of Resolution No. 205/2021.
3) Issuance of the Project Monitoring Report (PAP)
After the analysis, Suframa will issue the PAP, detailing the fulfillment of obligations and indicating the approval or rejection of the RDAP.
4) Company Defense'
If the PAP indicates total or partial rejection, the company will have 30 days to submit its defense through Suframa’s electronic system.
5) Final Decision
The final decision will be issued after the analysis of the defense. In case of rejection without regularization within 15 days, Suframa may suspend the approval acts of the Technical-Economic Project and submit the case to the Board of Administration (CAS) for evaluation of a possible definitive cancellation.
