Submitting the RDAP (Project Monitoring Report) requires close attention and alignment with SUFRAMA’s requirements. Below are the key points companies should keep in mind:
1. Deadline
The RDAP must be submitted by June 30.
Late submission may lead to registration blockage or even project cancellation.
2. Data Consistency
All figures reported must be consistent with both the company’s internal records and SUFRAMA’s data.
Any discrepancies may result in requests for clarification or formal inquiries.
3. Mandatory Documentation
The RDAP must include the following, when applicable:
Independent Audit Technical Report (LTAI);
ISO 9000 Certification;
Environmental License.
4. Compliance with the PPB
The report must demonstrate that the company’s production complies with the Basic Production Process (PPB), ensuring all requirements are properly met to maintain fiscal incentives.
5. Mandatory Disclosure
Products benefiting from incentives must display the label “Produced in the Manaus Industrial Pole”, as required by SUFRAMA.
Conclusion
The RDAP is not merely a bureaucratic report — it is a commitment to compliance and fiscal responsibility.
A well-prepared RDAP ensures regulatory conformity, prevents complications, and guarantees the continuity of tax incentives essential to industrial operations in the Manaus Free Trade Zone.
