ATTENTION: New Ordinance on FIPs (Investment Funds in Participations)

Published in the Federal Official Gazette today, November 28, 2024, JOINT ORDINANCE MDIC/SUFRAMA No. 1, of November 22, 2024, regulates investments in investment funds aimed at the capitalization of Startups, as provided in Article 2, § 4, item III, of Law No. 8,387, of December 30, 1991.

The publication introduces progress, along with essential precautions to be observed by companies engaged in the development or production of goods and services in the field of information and communication technologies benefiting from the regime established by Law No. 8,387, of December 30, 1991.
